Kari Rose is a Natural Health Practitioner specializing in trauma-informed mind-body healing and nervous system regulation. She supports women through physical, emotional, and energetic transitions using a deeply holistic approach that blends somatic therapy, mindful movement, breathwork, and endurance coaching.

Kari’s Journey to Natural Health

Kari’s journey into holistic wellness began in her early 20s while searching for relief from deep emotional, physical, and mental pain after the loss of her husband. Traditional treatments—medication, counseling, and medical interventions—offered little relief from the grief, exhaustion, and disconnect she was experiencing.

A chance encounter with natural healing and mind-body practices opened the door to a new way of living—one that prioritized self-awareness, movement, breath, and holistic well-being. This experience sparked a lifelong journey of personal learning, growth, and transformation, ultimately leading her to support women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck as they navigate life’s transitions. Today, she guides others toward strength, clarity, and vitality by helping them reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and embrace lasting change from the inside out.

Today, Kari shares her passion through 1:1 coaching, group mentorship, movement-based programs, and workshops, empowering women to reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and thrive in midlife and beyond.
