No matter how amazing your run and healthy lifestyle program and how strong your determination, without deep rooted commitment and the resolve to stay accountable, you may be setting yourself up for failure.

Since what I want most is to see you succeed, we’ll have you covered in this area, too!

We’d already covered a couple of ways to stay accountable in our Motivation section of this program — as a refresher, one of these involves publicly announcing your goals as well as your intent to reach them, and the other entails committing to yourself.

I take this type of commitment seriously and want to make sure you do the same.

When you’re clear enough with your intent to put it in writing, it has a tendency to become more tangible.
