Join the Cochrane Cares Run Club for our Fall Learn to Run Clinic — a supportive and empowering experience designed for women of all ages and fitness levels.

This clinic is about more than running.

Whether you are brand new to running, returning after time away, or rebuilding your fitness, this clinic will meet you where you are.

Over 6 weeks you will learn:

  • Proper running form and mechanics

  • Breathing techniques for running and stress management

  • Pacing and endurance

  • Injury prevention strategies

  • Mobility and strength fundamentals

  • Pelvic floor and core awareness

  • Recovery and nervous system support

  • Goal setting and mindset tools

This clinic includes:
✔ Tuesday & Thursday coached sessions
✔ Sunday long runs
✔ Running drills and technique work
✔ Guest speakers and educational sessions
✔ Access to the supportive CCRC community
✔ Accountability and encouragement
✔ Optional year-round run club support after the clinic

Meeting Times:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays — 6:30 PM

  • Sundays — 9:00 AM
