Understanding the Messages in Your Body
Join Richelle Love and Kari Rose for this Introduction to Safe Bike Riding Clinic only for WOMEN! May 6th at 6:00pm!
This 90 minute workshop will teach you proper balance on a bike, how to stop safely, emergency stopping, turning, control, and balance. We will go over how to change a tire and proper riding etiquet.
Richelle is a NCCP Cycling Coach - Competitve Introduction, Professional Mountain Bike Instructor - Level 1, and 2022 Alberta Cycling Coach of the year!
Kari is a certified 80/20 Endurance Coach.
Any bikes welcome! Hybrid, e bikes, road, mountain, etc
This evening session includes a gentle somatic approach to relieving the stress and trauma that has been stored in your body. If you have been told you have high cortisol, if you have trouble releasing weight, if nothing helps to relax tight muscles and tension then you are storing trauma in your body on a subconscious level.
Each 90 minute class works with your nervous and endocrine system to allow the stress and tension to move through. This is especially good for those suffering from chronic pain, injuries, and health issues. I invite you to learn a new way of healing that nourishes and empowers you.
